I was hired to design two "comprehensive" forms for this company. Specifically the "Request an Auto Insurance Quote" & "Request a Home Insurance Quote". The forms use Java Script for validation based on whether certain fields were filled in or not. Very simple in concept, very time consuming to write and validate 200 fields.
