How to Always Start VIM with ‘syntax: on’

    انقر Why do you need sudo to edit your own .vimrc? sudo means “run this command as root”, you’re just going to end up with a file you can’t edit yourself. Worse yet, you’ll get into the habit of using sudo without thinking about it. The idea behind sudo was to delegate root access and also force the user to think about what they’re doing :) Sean
